La Platjola

Formerly the Gola de la Platjola was one of the exits from the river to the sea. It is located next to the Serrallo beach and before reaching the Eucalyptus beach, where there is an urbanization, a campsite and a restaurant.

In the Platjola we can see an elongated lagoon of 61 hectares of extension, of forbidden access. One of the interesting aspects is to see how the arm of the sea penetrates inland and communicates with the lagoon.

From this wide and lonely beach you can observe the flight of the birds that live in the lagoon of La Platjola.
