The silhouette of the Mas Isla de Riu, with the flooded rice fields, creates spectacular mirages. Opposite, the almost infinite horizon of the rice fields that have been the reason for the existence of this magnificent country house for over a hundred years extends. Built in 1917 by the grandfather of the current owners and also known as "El Mas de la Comandanta", since the 1990s it has been a spacious and comfortable accommodation that respects the rural essence. Very close to the house is the old path of Sirga and one of the best preserved riverside woods of the Delta. It has a large esplanade in front of the house from which to contemplate the grandeur of the surroundings. Decorated with sobriety, the mas is an ideal space for family and friends meetings, cosy and authentic.The rice grown on the farm, "Illa de Riu" of the bomba variety, has been awarded and acclaimed by the most prestigious chefs.
